The word “Pregnancy” defines the time period of a fetus starts its development inside a mother's womb safely. Pregnancy is not just a word more than that, it is the love again which gets stronger between your husband and your child. Pregnancy means a lot. We have heard that “with every new born baby, a little sun rises.” Mother, she is the path for us to enter this world. She shows us the world and the father makes us live in the world. Parents are the both supportive wheels for us to travel in this world. Life goes on with lots of happiness, and one of those happiness is the “Pregnancy”. Pregnancy is measured from a woman's last menstrual period to her delivery. It is commonly for 40 weeks or just over 9 months from a woman's last menstrual period.

It is like magic, when we think about the process of pregnancy. All of this makes us remind the power of god and his blessings shower upon us. So, everyone should know about pregnancy.

In this article, I would like to give some tips and clarify some of the ideas about pregnancy.

Pregnancy is another soul inside you, dear mothers. A pregnant woman can feel a heartbeat in her. She carries another soul inside her.

A pregnant woman can see many physical changes in her. She can feel and see her stomach getting bigger and bigger when every month carrying her baby passes. There are more changes too which she can feel.

In the early stage, she starts to miss her period and it is her first and early sign of possible pregnancy. Slowly she feels backache, breathlessness, fatigue, breast changes, food cravings and vomiting. Her routine changes. The sickness called “Morning sickness” starts to her. We come to know that half of the pregnant ladies have experienced it.

A woman, the milestone, is stronger and braver. We have to respect them as per their sacrifices. When a woman gets pregnant, she starts to sacrifice herself and happily gives her life to her child. She loves them more than everything. The physical changes in her body makes her lower in her youngness. A change in a body is permanent and cannot be replaced. Slowly she loses her physical strength but even though she accepts it and sacrifices herself. She knows that all these will happen to her but she doesn't care them but she feels happy to get a new born as her generation. Thinking all these, there is no anything to compare her sacrifice and her worth.

During pregnancy, according to Science,it  says that the cardiac output, the blood pumped by the heart increases by 30% to 50% so the heart beat rate of pregnant woman gets 70 beats per minute to high as 90 beats per minute.

A pregnant woman comes to know that she is pregnant from earlier mentioned changes in her and also she can confirm it by a “Pregnancy Test”. It is checking a sample of the pregnant woman's urine or blood for a specific hormone called “hCG ''.

Scientifically it has proven that, the high levels of hCG ( Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) are a sign of pregnancy.

So, by all these a woman can know whether she is pregnant or not. But some woman may not feel symptoms until their period is noticeably late, or even farther into pregnancy. It is also considered to follow the perfect food habits for pregnant woman. It is a must for them to consider their body state as carrying a baby and feeding them.

From some of the important studies, for the pregnancy, some foods are allowed to eat and some are also prohibited. Mainly, Pregnant women are advised to consume fruits and vegetables as it is better for their health and her baby.

Best Advised foods -

  • Low fat milk and Yogurt.

  • Fish.

  • Orange Fruits.

  • Tomatoes.

  • Whole wheat bread.

  • Green and Red peppers.

And also some foods are not acceptable to Consume to the pregnant ladies while their pregnancy period.

Foods that are not suitable for pregnancy.

Beyond all these ones, A pregnant lady has to be satisfied and calm all the time. Keeping her safe and happy is everyone's responsibility. The baby inside her also feels comfortable and relaxed.

The simple pregnancy tips is to be relaxed and avoid stress.

The pregant ladies, have to talk with their partner, family and enjoy herself. Her partner is the one and only person in her happiness. He has to be a support for her. While their free times , they can have a relaxed walk along the paths , enjoying the natural views. They can do some exercises and meditations fo their easy delivery. Pregnant ladies can also attend prenatal care appointments and childbirth classes to increase their motive level and for a balanced state. In this pregnancy period,it is must to avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, working hard, feeling tired, and so on. Because this effect the baby directly on its development.

The next important in her pregnancy period is the sleep and rest, she needs. The research says, Between 7 and 9 hours of sleep each day is suitable for pregnant woman to grow her healthy baby..

When time goes on, her stomach gets bigger and she has to change the method of her sleeping.

While sleeping, lying in her back, the baby and womb put pressure on the main blood vessel, so this can restrict flow of oxygen to the baby.

So, the best method of sleeping is on her left side. As it is good for the baby to get enough blood flow and the kidneys to function properly. So, you can follow to sleep on left while your pregnancy period.

So, I think these tips may be useful for the pregnant women. Carrying a baby is the most rewarding experience a woman can enjoy. “Everything grows wider and rounder and weirder and I sit here in the middle of it all and wonder who in the world you will turn out to be” said CARRIE FISHER as it will be the thought every pregnant woman would think every second, the special happiness a woman gets in her lifetime, “Pregnancy”.
